The heart is one of the most mysterious organs in the human body associated with our creative essence and uniquely intuitive nature.

How does this organ support our creative process, our sense of self, our sense of other and world?

A three-hour Body-Mind Centering Workshop exploring the patterned memory of our earliest origins and the story of our hearts history through embryology.

This workshop unfolds through the morphological journey of human ontogeny, our most creative act, the form and forming of the human organism. A practical inquiry through gentle, guided facilitation incorporating rest and stillness, movement and dance, words, sound, drawing and song. Through the many mediums of human expression we will explore the first organ to develop in human beings, our heart and the dynamic interrelationships of our heart’s nature the organ of intuition, rhythm, relationship and circulation.
