Soundart is hosting a fun, inclusive workshop for people from the LGBTQ+ community in partnership with Totnes Pride. Suitable for all levels of experience.
Learn creative audio techniques, use sound recorders, find out about accessible editing software and develop an idea for your own audio feature.
The workshop will cover skills for participants to make their own short piece (2-8 minutes) connecting with queer life and our truest selves.
There is a free follow up drop-in session on Tuesday 8th September 5-7pm for any editing and structuring support.
Pieces completed by September 18th may be broadcast on Soundart Radio and/or included in a special listening event at Centre with Cesca Allan on Sunday 27th September as part of the Totnes Pride programme.
